One of the major achievements for the school was the purchase of our campus in Aziz Nagar in May 2008. The children of Grade Classes now enjoy a beautiful 3.5acre, lush green, garden-like campus with a large playground and ample space to run around. They share this campus with some of our pets – a few Ducks, Hens, Geese, a Turkey, Rabbits and a couple of Dogs! The school is located a few kilometers from Gachibowli, Hi Tech City, Kondapur, Madhapur, and Mehdipatnam areas of Hyderabad. The completion of the Nehru Outer Ring Road and the Mehdipatnam flyover has made the commute from other parts of the city to the school also quite easy. Being a small school, it was a huge initiative for the school to raise the funds to purchase this property. But, it was made possible with the help of friends, well-wishers and Parents.

A fully functional kitchen has been set up in this campus to serve our children fresh, nutritious, vegetarian food. We also have a fleet of 10 buses to help with the transportation of children and teachers. The children of our Kindergarten continue to be in a lovely building in Jubilee Hills. Currently our focus is to construct a 27,000 sqft building that will give our children spacious classrooms (about 550 sq ft each), large corridors to meet and socialize in, laboratories for Science and a well equipped library.

This building has been designed by Mrs. and Mr.Tietz, architects from Germany. They bring the experience of having designed several Waldorf Schools in Germany. Much thought, planning and attention to detail has gone into designing Sloka’s building in an organic manner. Once completed, this building promises to be one of the most outstanding school buildings in Hyderabad.
